| HOW TO BOOK YOUR FISHING TRIP |
| To book with us is easy. You can e-mail, phone, or fax us with the dates that you would like, but first make sure that they are not already booked by looking at the schedule. We will pencil your name in on our calender. To book with us, a deposit of 50% of the trip value is needed to initially book your date. The trip must be paid in full 30 days prior to your trip date. Late payment may result in your trip being cancelled and given to the first person on our waiting list. For guests wanting a date that is only pencilled in, we will contact the first party that asked for the dates to confirm that they have sent their deposit to us. If the deposit is not received within a reasonable time, the second party is notified. The booking then goes to whoever gets the deposit in first. PLEASE NOTE: YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF WE ARE NOTIFIED LESS THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF ANY CANCELLATION... A telephone call or e-mail to us can help to book your trip. For example, if you wish to catch really big salmon, we can direct you to the best times available. We can help you decide whether you want to book a camping trip, overnight onboard Webbsite One, or make a hotel/motel reservation and do day trips. We can also help you with travel arrangements and other activities to take in while you are in the Pacific Northwest. Payments can be made by sending us a cheque or money order via mail service. Money received in foreign currency are calculated and credited to your account in Canadian dollar value on the day of banking. A confirmation notice will be issued to you including the amount of exchange credited to your account with us. We also like to talk to our guests via telephone following your booking with us. |
